Vehicle drivers must give way to bicycles crossing the roadway at specially marked bicycle crossings.On the other hand, any vehicle exiting a car park loses priority of passage and must give way to those already circulating on the public road. Similarly, anyone entering a roundabout must give way to vehicles already circulating inside it, so bicycles entering it do not have priority over those already circulating there.
