The cyclist appears on the right of our vehicle at an intersection where there is no signage regulating the right of way. According to general traffic rules, drivers must give way to vehicles approaching from the right. As bicycles currently enjoy the same right-of-way as other vehicles, the cyclist has priority and should proceed. The cyclist does not have the duty to give way or to stop compulsorily, as there is no mandatory stop sign or loss of priority sign on their lane, and the general rule of priority to the right grants them the right to proceed first.
