The entry and exit of passengers from a vehicle must always be carried out on the side adjacent to the sidewalk or the shoulder of the public road. As the vehicle is stopped on the roadway, the passenger should have exited through the right side of the vehicle to ensure their safety and that of other road users. Exiting through the left side is incorrect and dangerous, as it directly exposes the passenger to the flow of traffic circulating on the traffic lane, significantly increasing the risk of being run over or colliding. For this reason, exiting cannot be done indifferently from either side.
