Drivers of heavy passenger vehicles are subject to a more restrictive special regime regarding driving under the influence of alcohol. For these drivers, having a blood alcohol level equal to or greater than 0.2 g/l and less than 0.5 g/l constitutes a serious offense. Thus, driving with a level of 0.4 g/l falls under this infraction.\n\nA level of 0.1 g/l is permitted by law, not constituting an infraction as it is below the 0.2 g/l limit. In turn, a level of 0.6 g/l is already equal to or greater than 0.5 g/l, which for drivers under a special regime constitutes a very serious offense.
