Drivers of heavy goods vehicles are subject to a special, more restrictive regime regarding driving under the influence of alcohol. For these drivers, having a blood alcohol content equal to or greater than 0.2 g/l and less than 0.5 g/l constitutes a serious administrative offense. A very serious administrative offense would only apply to these drivers if the blood alcohol content was equal to or greater than 0.5 g/l. There is no classification of minor administrative offense for driving under the influence of alcohol, with any value above the legal limit being punished, at minimum, as a serious offense.
