At a public road intersection where there is no signage regulating the right of way, the general rule of priority to the right applies. As the grey light vehicle is to the right of our vehicle, it has the right of way. Therefore, the driver of the light vehicle should proceed, not having the duty to give way or to stop mandatorily, since none of the situations of loss of priority provided by law apply, nor is there mandatory stop signage.
