Shock absorbers are fundamental components of the suspension system, responsible for maintaining vehicle stability and constant tire contact with the ground. If they are discharged or worn out, grip decreases significantly, especially on curves or uneven surfaces, which causes a strong sensation of instability and insecurity while riding. Placing the motorcycle on the center stand depends on the rider's physical effort and the geometry of the stand, and is not affected by the shock absorbers' state of charge. Similarly, the actual weight or the sensation of lightness of the motorcycle does not change due to suspension wear.
