Can I drive in the lane to my right?

The lane to the right is a lane reserved for public transport vehicles (BUS lane), identified by the marking on the pavement. The general rule prohibits other vehicles from driving in these lanes, but there are exceptions permitted by law, namely to perform turning maneuvers at the next intersection, to enter or exit properties and garages, or to access authorized parking spaces. The option that refers to the minimum speed is incorrect, as speed limits do not grant the right to drive in a reserved lane. The option that prohibits driving under any circumstances is also wrong, as the law expressly provides for the mentioned exceptions for access and short-duration maneuvers.
