Within built-up areas, the general maximum speed limit is 50 km/h for all light motor vehicles, regardless of whether they are passenger or goods vehicles. Thus, this category of vehicles uniformly shares the same regulatory speed limit in this environment. On the other hand, the limit is not identical for all motor vehicles, as heavy motor vehicles may be subject to different limits or restrictions. Similarly, not all two-wheeled vehicles share the same limit, as mopeds have a lower maximum speed limit than motorcycles within built-up areas.
