In this unsignaled intersection, the right-of-way is governed by the general rule of priority to the right. When intending to turn right, we do not cross the paths of vehicles that have priority over us. The green light vehicle appears to our left, so it must yield to us. The heavy vehicle in front of us also does not interfere with our right turn maneuver in a way that would remove our priority. As for the motorcycle, it is not in a direct conflict situation that would oblige us to yield to perform the maneuver safely.
