Motorcycles, mopeds, tricycles, and quadricycles are always required to circulate, both day and night, with the dipped-beam headlights on at the front and the respective parking lights at the rear. For this reason, the driver should not turn on these lights only when encountering fog, as they should already be on from the start of the journey. The statement that the lights should be turned on immediately is incorrect because it assumes that the vehicle was circulating without lights, which is prohibited for motorcycles. Isolated parking lights are also not sufficient or permitted for the circulation of this type of vehicle; the use of dipped-beam headlights is mandatory.
