The right-hand lane is a lane reserved for public transport vehicles, commonly referred to as a BUS lane, which is delimited by a discontinuous longitudinal line. Drivers of other vehicles are permitted to use these reserved lanes to perform turning maneuvers, access properties, or park, provided they do so only in the immediate vicinity of the maneuver location. The absolute prohibition of using this lane is incorrect, as the legislation provides for this exception to allow maneuvers to be carried out safely. Similarly, it would not make sense to use a lane located to the right to make a left turn.
