The ambulance is on an urgent rescue service, duly indicated by the blue flashing lights, and therefore has priority of passage over the other road users. Between my vehicle and the animal-drawn vehicle, which are travelling in opposite directions, the animal-drawn vehicle intends to turn left. When performing this manoeuvre, this vehicle has the duty to yield passage to my vehicle, which is going straight ahead. Thus, the order of passage at the intersection is the ambulance first, my vehicle second, and the animal-drawn vehicle last.
