When approaching a roundabout, we must give way to vehicles already circulating within it. As the motorcycle is already circulating inside the roundabout, we have a duty to give way to it before entering. Proceeding without giving way would be a violation of roundabout traffic rules, endangering road safety. On the other hand, mandatory stopping is not required by default when approaching a roundabout, unless it is strictly necessary to fulfill the duty to give way.
