Am I correctly driving in this lane?

The general rule of circulation requires the driver to use the rightmost lane. However, when there are lanes specifically designated for different directions, the driver must position themselves in the lane appropriate for their destination. As the rightmost lane is exclusively for those exiting to Mercado Abastecedor or Circunvalação, the driver is correctly driving in the current lane if they intend to go straight. The intensity of traffic does not make driving in this lane incorrect, which invalidates the hypothesis that traffic dictates an infraction in this case. Similarly, if the driver's objective was to go towards Porto, this would precisely be one of the correct lanes to do so, since the indications for Porto, Braga, and Vila Real point straight ahead.
