When entering a roundabout, the driver must give way to vehicles already circulating within it. As observed in the image, the grey vehicle is already circulating in the roundabout, so we have a duty to give way to it before starting our entry. Mandatory stopping is not required by default when entering a roundabout, unlike what would happen in front of a mandatory stop sign (Stop), and the driver should only stop the vehicle if necessary to comply with the duty to give way. The use of hazard lights is also not appropriate in this normal driving situation.
